At VANINA, we want you to be completely enamored with your purchase; if you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all luxury packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original VANINA box to ensure they are protected during transit, including the original invoice.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned pieces for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
